Introduction
We would like to thank you for your participation in the study and membership of the Reference Group. We are keen to understand what it has been like for you to be involved and gain your views and experiences of being involved in the Workshops and creation of the Video resource. This will help us understand the impact of taking part for participants and your responses will inform the development of research in this area.
