NIHR CLAHRC Wessex Patient and Public Involvement Champion Guidance Feedback Form

Introduction

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) Wessex is funded to improve the health of the people of Wessex and the quality and cost effectiveness of health care.

As part of our work, we have developed the Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Champions Guidance, which aims to support the embedding of PPI champions in programmes for applied health research.  We are now seeking feedback to help make this Guidance as useful and accessible as possible, and welcome your views on the draft.

This survey includes questions with boxes and ‘freetext’ sections where you can give share your views in more detail.

The survey should take around 10 -15 minutes to complete, and you can return it in one of two ways:

  1. Fill in the survey online, and press ‘Done’ on the last page.  Please note that you will not be able to re-enter the survey after you have done this.
  2. Request a printed version of the survey from our administrator, Tammy Whitehouse (CLAHRC-WessexPPI@soton.ac.uk), complete, and send by post to:
