John Lewis - Value Offered to Customers

John Lewis - Value Offered to Customers

My name is Jake Brown and I am a BSc Marketing student at the University of Southampton. I am requesting your participation in a study regarding the assessment of value offered by organisations to their customers. The study should last approximately 10 minutes. You will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.

Any information you give will be kept completely confidential and in no cases will responses from individual participants be identified. As with any piece of research it is important to consider whether there are any risks to participants. The study involves minimal risk to participants (i.e., the level of risk encountered in daily life). There may be no direct benefit to you other than the sense of helping me to complete one of my modules during my BSc Marketing degree (thank you!)

All responses are treated as confidential, and in no case will responses from individual participants be identified. Rather, all data will be pooled and published in aggregate form only.

Participation is voluntary, and refusal to take part in the study involves no penalty or loss of benefits to which participants are otherwise entitled. Participants may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which they are otherwise entitled.

If you have further questions about this study, please contact the principal investigator: Jake Brown, using jb25g16@soton.ac.uk.

If you have further questions about your rights or if you wish to lodge a complaint or concern, you may contact Head of Research Governance, Research Governance Office, University of Southampton, Southampton, SO17 1BJ. (Phone: +44 (0)2380 595058, Email: rgoinfo@soton.ac.uk)
