Role of Brand Microblogs in Building Consumer-brand Relationship: study on utilization social media in China

 

The aim of this online survey is to identify whether brand account on microblogging can be used as a tool for brand-customer relationship building.   It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete all the sections.
