I am interested in your experience with doing literature reviews of academic documents in PDF format in terms of how you manage them and cite them as well as how you publish your resulting document.
This work is carried out for my personal PhD thesis and will also inform my own, personal software development effort which serve as proof-of-concept for the ideas mentioned here. Your participation is anonymous and results will be made available publicly to help all software developers who want to augment aspects of the Literature Review process.
