You personally will not be identified in the data and we cannot trace your replies back to you. We will only know which centre you work at. In order to share learning with fellow clinicians, it will be helpful for us as a field to share the ideas with other CI centre clinicians.
We would also like to share the aggregated information - with patient groups, charities, other stakeholders, online etc; we would not identify the centres in data shared in this way.
