KR 2021 Scholarship Application Form

This form allows you to apply for the KR 2021 student scholarship scheme. Note that applying does not necessarily mean obtaining it: A selection will be made by the Scholarship Chairs, and the decision will be sent by 8th September 2021.

The purpose of this scholarship scheme is to enable students to participate in the conference. To be eligible, you must be registered as a full-time student at a higher education institution (e.g. university).

In allocating awards, we will prioritise students who are listed as authors of a long or short paper accepted for KR 2021.

Please note that attending the conference is a requirement for being supported.

Please provide the information below about you and your participation in KR 2021.

We care about your privacy: This form is compliant with the GDPR (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj) and your data will be kept, processed, and then destroyed, according to the GDPR European regulations and the most recent US guidelines.

Please note that by participating in the student scholarship program, students are expected to support the conference as student volunteer. Student volunteers may be asked to support the conference in various ways, e.g., to help with running a particular session. Due to NSF requirements, successful US applicants are also asked to participate in the Doctoral Consortium (DC) either as a presenter or as an attendee, with no obligation to have a paper accepted at the DC. US applicants are also asked to write a short report on their attendance at KR.

Please submit your application by 6th September2021 via this formWe will notify you of our decision by 8th September 2021. If your application is successful, you will receive a code that you can then use upon registration as a conference fee waiver. Please wait to register for the conference until our notification. We will not reimburse already made payments.
