    Thank you in advance for your collaboration in the research project which is studying the diffusion of intellectual capital management practices in Science and Technology Park. The purpose of current study is to explore the way(s) in which intellectual capital(IC) management practices are being diffused through the science and technology park`s network  and affect intellectual capital  managerial capabilities and performances in knowledge-intensive SMEs. This study will be the first piece of research that looks specifically at diffusion of intellectual capital in science and technology parks. As an active SME within ICT sector, your company were invited to contribute to the development of a theoretical model for intellectual capital management diffusion.
