The purpose of current study is to explore the way(s) in which intellectual capital(IC) management practices are being diffused through the science and technology park`s network and affect intellectual capital managerial capabilities and performances in knowledge-intensive SMEs. This study will be the first piece of research that looks specifically at diffusion of intellectual capital in science and technology parks.
