Decommissioning iSurvey

31 August 2023 - We are moving from iSurvey, the University’s legacy survey tool, to Qualtrics. This change is an essential step in modernising our IT systems.

What’s changing?

If you are planning new surveys, please use Qualtrics going forward. Information on accessing Qualtrics and training materials can be found in this IT Knowledge Base guide.

If you have an existing survey on iSurvey that needs to continue running beyond 1 June 2024, or if you have any questions, please raise a ticket via Service Line. Please include details of your survey, and we will get in touch to discuss the most appropriate way to support your requirements.
