I’ve just added a new theme which increases question text and response option text by 150%. This has been a common request of late, and although writing a plugin to allow editing response option text size and fonts would have been time consuming, creating a new theme was quite quick.
Look for it in the ‘Survey Theme’ option in survey settings.
